Couples and family therapy with a focus on conflict resolution and understanding of the systems contributing to relationship challenges. I value focusing on the strengths of the individuals and their relationship in order to discover creative solutions.

Some of the issues addressed include couples and family issues, anxiety, depression, pain and chronic illness management, aging and end of life issues. I enjoys assisting clients and their families to live full and meaningful lives.  I work to be respectful of race, gender, and sexual identity, religious and cultural beliefs.  You are encouraged to bring family and support members to the first session.
